The automatic control water valve is a valve composed of sensors, valve actuators and control modules. The sensor receives signals and transmits them to the control module, which then issues instructions to operate the valve actuator switch, thereby realizing the function of automatically controlling the water flow.
Classification and functions
There are many types of automatic control water valves, each with its own specific functions and uses:
Remote control float valve: The water level drives the small float to rise and fall, controls the opening and closing of the main valve, and is suitable for liquid level control of pools or water tanks.
Adjustable pressure reducing valve: Controls the main valve opening by sensing the change in outlet pressure and keeps the outlet pressure within the set value range.
Slow closing and silence check valve: Controls the pilot valve through water pressure, with slow closing, silencer and check functions.
Flow control valve: Controls the pilot valve through water pressure to keep the outlet flow within the set value range.
Pressure relief/pressure holding valve: Controls the opening or closing of the main valve by sensing the inlet pressure to stabilize the pipeline pressure.
Hydraulic electric control valve: Control the solenoid valve switch through electrical signals to open or close the main valve.
Water pump control valve: The main valve is controlled by the solenoid valve to close 90% first, and then the travel switch controls the water pump to close. It has the functions of slow closing and non-return protection of the water pump.
Pressure differential bypass balancing valve: By sensing the pressure difference of the supply and return water pipelines, the main valve opening is automatically controlled to keep the pressure difference between the supply and return water constant.
Application scenarios
Automatic control water valves are widely used in various application scenarios that require precise control of water flow, including water systems in households, industries, and agriculture. They can improve the utilization efficiency and management convenience of water resources, ensure the stable operation and energy saving effect of water systems
